First of all, it is necessary to check whether the continuous position of die cutting is repeatable. If it is repeated regularly, then the problem must be related to the die cutting knife. In this case, if it is a circular die-cutting, the die-cutting pressure can be increased as a whole, which may solve the problem of continuous die-cutting and accelerate the wear of the die-cutting knife. If the problem of continuous die-cutting cannot be solved within the range of increasing the allowable pressure, then only a new die-cutting knife can be replaced. If it is a flat die cutting, the pressure can be adjusted locally.


If the constant die cutting problem does not recur regularly, then the problem may be caused by machine gear accuracy, running tension of the material, insufficient die cutting pressure. In this case, it is necessary to check the material running tension and adjust the die cutting pressure to solve.
